Organizations often have different ways of collecting leads and tracking those leads' activity.
For example a company may have a contact web page, and you may want that to integrate directly into AssignCRM so that it creates a new deal automatically.
Another example is that a company may send prospects information to read over, or a website/software to try, and be able to track whether they are using or reading that - and then feed that interaction directly into the activity, and thus interest scoring, of that deal.
All of these scenarios are possible with WorkflowFirst customization. You can create, for example, a simple script that can pick up data from another database and then use that information to add or update existing deals in AssignCRM.
