The sales process often involves many appointments with customers or prospects, such as meetings or presentations. AssignCRM makes it simple to centralize these in one calendar so your whole team can be aware of what is going on and when.
Entries are added to the calendar automatically if you add an activity under a deal that is of type "Meeting". The Due Date and Date To will correspond to the from and to date on the calendar.
You can also add calendar entries manually on the calendar itself, by clicking the "+" on the far right, and filling out the details of the calendar event:
But probably the most convenient way to add calendar entries is by importing them from a personal calendar, such as Google's calendar. We'll be discussing that in the next section.
