Creating quotes is a necessary part of the sales process. AssignCRM tries to make this easier by letting you create the quote right in the system, saving time by copying information from previous quotes.
To get started with creating a quote, you'll first have to make sure that your own organization details are recorded in AssignCRM. This is used to put the "from" details, the company name and logo at the top, and payment terms.
So first click on the Lists tab, then click on the "Company Information" subtab. If there's nothing in there, click the "+" at the far right.
Once you click that, you'll see a form where you can enter in your company information.
For creating quotes and invoices it's important to include your company logo in this information. Just upload the file in the Logo field in the form.
