When you first access AssignCRM, you will likely be logged in as the administrator account. This can be useful to look around the system without any restrictions, but you should really create logins for different users, with their own passwords, to better control how the system is accessed, and also to make use of the workflow assignment features that give AssignCRM its namesake.
To add a new user, go to the Users tab and click "New User". You'll then enter in the user's details and when you click OK it will send the user a welcome email and information about the temporary password that has been assigned to them.
