Customer Sales

An important piece of information about customers are the products and services you have sold to them. This can help you recall what the customers are interested in, and also any renewals for contracts.

You enter this information in the Products section under the customer record:

Here you'll specify the product, edition, date they acquired the product or service, the quantity purchased and the renewal date, if any.
