Replying to Email

If you click on a particular deal, you'll see all of the filed email underneath the deal in the Activity tab, along with other types of activities such as meetings or phone calls.

If you click on a particular email entry in there, you'll see a button above the activity to reply to the email. This will send it to the person who sent the email.

There are also options in there to Convert To Task (which turns the email into a task that you have to complete), to Follow-Up Later, which lets you set a specific date you should reply, and to Move the email to a different deal, if it were filed incorrectly.

You can also multi-select deals, from the Data View on the Deals tab, and send an email to lots of deals at once.

You'll do this by clicking the Send Emails button at the bottom of the list.
